TEA HOUSE IN SICHUAN<br />
Sichuan has teahouses <strong>in</strong> towns and cities<br />
everywhere. There is a say<strong>in</strong>g, "Ch<strong>in</strong>a has the best<br />
teahouses <strong>in</strong> the world and Sichuan has the best<br />
teahouses <strong>in</strong> Ch<strong>in</strong>a."<br />

It is a custom for Yangzhou people to have<br />
morn<strong>in</strong>g tea <strong>in</strong> teahouses, which is part of<br />
Yangzhou culture and also an <strong>in</strong>dication of<br />
rich Ch<strong>in</strong>ese food culture. P<strong>in</strong>gtan, a form of<br />

tea sets, the cooper teapots and the special skill<br />
of fill<strong>in</strong>g water by Dr. Tea, the name given to the<br />
tea waiters <strong>in</strong> Sichuan.<br />
Dim sum generally refers to steamed buns, th<strong>in</strong><br />
tofu noodles <strong>in</strong> broth, giant soup dumpl<strong>in</strong>gs, and<br />
fried fritters.
