Remuneration <strong>Report</strong> for the<br />

year ended 31 March 20<strong>10</strong><br />

The Chief Executive <strong>and</strong> the Directors have agreed objectives which are<br />

set, by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees <strong>and</strong> the Chief Executive<br />

respectively, at the beginning of the financial year.<br />

The Chief Executive’s <strong>and</strong> Directors’ performance will usually be reviewed<br />

annually with the Directors’ overall assessment informed by monthly<br />

one-to-one meetings.<br />

All employees must have a minimum of six months’ service to be eligible<br />

for an annual salary review.<br />

In the event of early severance, compensation would be payable in<br />

accordance with ILF terms <strong>and</strong> conditions, <strong>and</strong> paid in accordance with<br />

the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Compensation Scheme.<br />
