GROUP MANAGEMENT REPORT<br />
Sports & Bytes GmbH recently completed work on a<br />
completely redesigned website and on the Internet<br />
portal mein<strong>BVB</strong> (“my <strong>BVB</strong>”), which allows customers<br />
to maintain their personal data themselves and<br />
enables them to use a single login to access all aspects<br />
of <strong>BVB</strong>'s Internet presence. In addition to the advantages<br />
for customers, the new portal with its single<br />
login also benefits <strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund GmbH & Co.<br />
<strong>KGaA</strong> and its subsidiaries. By integrating the <strong>Group</strong>wide<br />
ERP system, access to an improved and more<br />
up-to-date customer base can be achieved.<br />
goool.de Sportswear GmbH<br />
Following the buyback of the stadium shares by<br />
means of a purchase agreement dated 12 May <strong>2006</strong>,<br />
goool.de Sportswear GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary,<br />
directly and indirectly holds 99.74% of the<br />
shares in <strong>BVB</strong> Stadion GmbH. The company's earnings<br />
for the financial year under review were impac -<br />
ted by net finance costs amounting to EUR -3.3 million<br />
as a result of financing the stadium shares.<br />
goool.de Sportswear GmbH is a manufacturer of<br />
sports articles and finished the <strong>2006</strong>/<strong>2007</strong> financial<br />
year with a loss before transfers to the <strong>KGaA</strong><br />
amounting to EUR 3.4 million (prior year EUR -1.3<br />
million).<br />
B.E.S.T. <strong>Borussia</strong> Euro Lloyd Sports<br />
Travel GmbH<br />
<strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund GmbH & Co. <strong>KGaA</strong> has a 51%<br />
interest in <strong>Borussia</strong> Euro Lloyd Sports Travel GmbH.<br />
management services and organises sports-related<br />
and incentive trips.<br />
B.E.S.T. <strong>Borussia</strong> Euro Lloyd Sports Travel GmbH<br />
closed the financial year with a profit of EUR 116<br />
thousand.<br />
<strong>BVB</strong> Stadionmanagement GmbH<br />
(formerly: Westfalenstadion<br />
Verwaltungs GmbH)<br />
The object of the business activities of <strong>BVB</strong> Stadion -<br />
management GmbH, trading as Westfalen stadion<br />
Dortmund Verwaltungs – GmbH until 25 August<br />
<strong>2006</strong>, is the provision of personnel and other services<br />
for the management and administration of the<br />
operating facilities of <strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund GmbH &<br />
Co. <strong>KGaA</strong>, in particular SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.<br />
In October <strong>2006</strong>, <strong>BVB</strong> Stadionmanagement GmbH<br />
entered into a profit and loss transfer agreement with<br />
<strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund GmbH & Co. <strong>KGaA</strong>. The company<br />
ended the financial year with a net profit<br />
amounting to EUR 120 thousand before transfers.<br />
Orthomed GmbH<br />
<strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund has a 33.3% interest in Ortho -<br />
med Medizinisches Leistungs- und Reha bili tations -<br />
zentrum GmbH. The business of the company in the<br />
most recent financial year consisted of all kinds of<br />
rehabilitation activities, in particular services relating<br />
to extended ambulant physiotherapy under medical<br />
supervision.<br />
B.E.S.T offers all the specific services of a travel<br />
operator combined with the expertise of a sports specialist<br />
under one roof. In addition to business and<br />
private travel services, the company provides event<br />
Orthomed offers an all round concept for medical<br />
rehabilitation, particularly for competitive athletes.<br />
All of <strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund's sporting departments are<br />
therefore also attended to by Orthomed.<br />
