The general partner, <strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund Geschäfts -<br />
führungs-GmbH, is responsible for management and<br />
representation of <strong>Borussia</strong> Dortmund GmbH & Co.<br />
<strong>KGaA</strong>. This limited liability company (“GmbH”) is in<br />
turn represented by its Managing Directors Hans-<br />
Joachim Watzke and Thomas Treß; its sole shareholder<br />
is Ballspielverein <strong>Borussia</strong> 09 e.V. Dortmund.<br />
The remuneration of the Managing Directors is made<br />
up of fixed and performance-related components,<br />
with the latter based on the consolidated net profit<br />
for the year before income taxes.<br />
