LEIGH 24” D4R DOVETAIL JIG
There are imitations, but no equals! No other dovetail jig on the
market today, or tomorrow, can match the incredible joint making
capability of the Leigh D4R dovetail jig system. From the first ever
fully adjustable dovetail jig in 1981 to today’s award winning D4R,
Leigh has led the way in dovetail jig innovation.
Variably spaced Through and Half-blind dovetails and Sliding
dovetails are standard on all Leigh jigs. The split finger design of
the D4R allows complete control of pin and tail sizing and spacing
and the 1-1/2” board thickness allows that extra flexibility for
larger projects.
Add the F2 Finger Joint template and you can rout 9 sizes of
perfectly fitted box joints. Multiple Mortise and Tenon joints are
simple with the M2 attachment but there is more. Use the M2 to
create massive half-blind joints in boards up to 1-1/2” thick and
unique variably spaced jumbo box joints also in boards up to
1-1/2”. And don’t forget Leigh’s unique Isoloc templates. Isoloc
Templates produce some of the most extraordinary joinery available.

Leigh Super Jigs produce an extraordinary array of precision joinery—right
out of the box! Like all Leigh jigs, with Super Jigs, you
can easily rout many sizes of variably spaced Through and Halfblind
dovetails as well as sliding dovetails.
If fast production is what you need, for the first time on a Leigh
jig, you can now rout the pins and tails of fixed spaced half-blind
dovetails at the same time. And that’s not all. With the included
Leigh e-Bush and the standard finger assembly, you can rout
5/16” and 5/8” box joints with precise adjustment for fit. Available
in 12”, 18” and 24” models, there is a Leigh Super Jig that’s just
right for your shop and your budget.
