A robust mortiser of cast iron<br />
construction, plenty of power to cut<br />
19mm mortises. The table movement<br />
is controlled by two hand<br />
wheels, one for longitudinal and<br />
one for the transverse movement;<br />
the movement is smooth and<br />
precise with dovetail slides and<br />
jib strips for longer life. The table<br />
has a wooden facing for through<br />
mortising as well as a length stop<br />
for repetition work, a quick acting<br />
vice and two cam-operated work<br />
clamps. The down feed handle<br />
can be easily re-positioned on its<br />
shaft to give the most convenient<br />
working position. Supplied with<br />
cabinet stand and handy storage<br />
cupboard. Supplied with one 5/8”<br />
chisel.<br />
