Rap<strong>in</strong>, owners of the<br />

estate s<strong>in</strong>ce 2000 have<br />

gradually extended the<br />

surface of the v<strong>in</strong>e from<br />

0.90 ha <strong>in</strong> 2002 to 5.4 ha.<br />

The new cuvée “La Dame de Onze Heure” is<br />

entirely organic and the rest of the estate is<br />

on its way to be<strong>in</strong>g certified as a fully organic<br />

produc<strong>in</strong>g estate.<br />
