Tast<strong>in</strong>g notes:<br />
A white golden colour. The nose shows some pear, grapefruit, nuts and m<strong>in</strong>ty aromas. The w<strong>in</strong>e takes<br />
over from the attack with a roundness and sweetness but still float<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
The f<strong>in</strong>ish<strong>in</strong>g is slightly woody and adds, with its freshness, a surpris<strong>in</strong>g balance to the w<strong>in</strong>e.<br />
The first sip will br<strong>in</strong>g another one.<br />
This w<strong>in</strong>e is also a « v<strong>in</strong> de garde » that will fully develop its aromas over the years. (10 to 15 years<br />
