An enabling environment created for the emergence of a<br />

local internet focused on the small and medium enterprise<br />

service sector.<br />

The policy, legal and regulatory framework reformed to<br />

gender disaggregated for poverty and income disparities.<br />

National Black Sea Strategic Action Plan for Turkey<br />

implemented in priority areas and Nutrient Reduction Strategy<br />

for Turkey approved and implemented by the Government.<br />

National strategies and action plans, in support of global<br />

environment commitments, developed and/or implemented<br />

through demonstration projects.<br />

Strengthened capacities of Government agencies and CSOs to<br />

mobilise resources from the global environment funding<br />

mechanisms, and to manage/implement such projects.
