Several disclaimers must be advanced regarding the methodology and findings
presented in this chapter:
• Information availability is not satisfactory for all variables, which leaves a number
of gaps in the analysis.
• Selection of variables is subjective and may not be valid in other contexts or scales.
• Indications of positive or negative values for trends can be argued in several cases,
particularly if the trend is seen in a bigger policy perspective.
