Alzheimer’s Australia NT provides support, information <strong>and</strong> education to help<br />
people living with dementia, their families, their carers, <strong>and</strong> health professionals<br />
working in the dementia care field.<br />
<strong>Services</strong> include advice <strong>and</strong> counselling for individuals or family groups, Living<br />
with Memory Loss Program support groups, recreational <strong>and</strong> therapeutic<br />
activities, day respite services <strong>and</strong> carer support groups.<br />
