Services Provided
TEAMHealth’s services are provided within a model of recovery focussed
psychosocial rehabilitation and within the framework of the National Mental
Health Plan and Standards. TEAMHealth works closely with other specialist
service providers such as Top End Mental Health Services (TEMHS), drug/
alcohol services and other non-government organisations.
TEAMHealth provides a wide range of services for people with a mental illness.
These include:
• The Community Housing Program which provides medium to long term
housing options for people and families affected by mental illness who have
the capacity to live independently. Referrals are accepted from any source.
• The Day-to-Day Living (D2DL) Program which provides drop-in and structured
socially based activity programs with a focus on return to work. Referrals are
accepted from any source.
