Headspace provides free and confidential services, in private and safe surroundings. Young people can come to headspace for a range of reasons, including: • Feeling depressed or anxious • Not sleeping well or sleeping too much • Finding it hard to concentrate • Wanting a general health check up • Wanting to cut down on drinking or drug use • Bullied, hurt or sexually harassed • Feeling like they are not coping Headspace provides free and confidential services, in private and safe surroundings.
