Inspections and Compliance 2005 Collectively, <strong>Intel</strong>’s facilities around the world average more than 90 inspections a year by various environmental and safety regulatory agencies. The following is a list of non-compliance issues recorded in 2005. For the second consecutive year, <strong>Intel</strong> did not receive any fines or penalties related to EHS compliance.
