‘rrrrr’ gradient of the ramp in k/min or k/h
The gradient of the ramp is made up of the quotient of the temperature difference and the
segment duration and the unit K/h or K/min, depending on given ‘E’.
To process the segment parameters there is a choice between , and
, with and the parameters are set directly, using the
segment parameters are set using algebraic calculations.
requests the entry of the end temperature of the segment. This will be compared
to the unit parameters for minimum and maximum set point. (See program 1 and
2) The value will be rejected if the limit is exceeded. The resolution is 0,1K.
determines the segment duration in a pre determined unit, minute or hour. The
time-set range is per segment 0.1to 3240 min (54 h).
sets the gradient of the ramp in the segment. After setting this question appears:
Fixieren:
End-temp? Time?
After pressing , the time will be set. The new end temperature will be determined by
the ramp that is to be set. The same goes for the fixing of the end temperature when using
. Then the display of the step with changed values for tttt, eeeeee and rrrr will
appear. If unrealistic values for the ramp are entered, the ‘?????’display will appear for the
gradient of the ramp. The result of the entry is 0.1 K/min or 0.1 K/h. Please note that a small
difference between displayed and entered values are possible due to rounding up or down
errors. The entered ramp value is only accepted, if the ranges for the unit temperature range
and the segment duration are not exceeded.
Scrolling Through The Program Segments:
Pressing a segment is switched forward and with backwards.
The programmer must be in the command setting mode to do this, where the keys ‘Ramp’,
’Temp’ and ‘Time’ are to be used.
Naturally the segment number must be within the limits for the smallest and largest segment
number.
If the message ‘sgmt. Activated’, that means that the program length has been extended by
one segment. In this segment the values are shown, which was previously set.
With the previous segment can be called up.
With the segment number can be set.
Before the segment is set a test is run, to check if the entries of the previous segment
contain only valid values. If not, this segment will be initialised and displayed.
If all entries are complete, leave the program 20 with .
Setting program length:
You have for example 20 segments, but only want to run the first three segments you can
set a ‘stop marker’ at the fourth segment. This is done by pressing for the segment
duration and confirmed with .
