ORIENTATION TO THE EAP SEMINARS We can help with that. Help is here. Cigna EAP offers access to a broad range of services to help your employees and managers reduce stress, stay healthy and perform at their best – which helps your organization perform at its best, too. To help your managers and employees learn more about EAP and what it can do for them, we have two orientation seminars: • Employees will understand how to more effectively use the EAP • Managers and supervisors will learn how to use the EAP as an effective management tool and resource for employees 45
