Major Bridge category for two separate projects completed in<br />
2005 and 2008. In 2007 Johnson Bros. received the coveted<br />
Bridge of the Year award by “Roads and Bridges Magazine”<br />
ranking #6 out of 10 with the Treasure Island Bascule Bridge<br />
Replacement in Treasure Island, Fl. In 2009 Johnson Bros<br />
placed two separate bridges in the top 10 “Bridges of the Year”<br />
by Roads and Bridges Magazine, #5 -Belleair Beach Causeway<br />
replacement in Pinellas County and #6-SR 46 Lake Jessup<br />
bridge replacement in Seminole County. In 2008, Johnson<br />
Bros was ranked #3 in volume for Design/Build <strong>Contractors</strong><br />
by the Florida Transportation Magazine. In the last 9 FDOT<br />
projects, Johnson Bros has an average score of 97% in Field<br />
Performance Ratings.<br />
In 2002, Johnson Bros. received FDOT’s “Partnering<br />
Award” for an environmentally sensitive bridge project completed<br />
in District Five. Johnson Bros. is an active participant<br />
