Completed his second <strong>NHL</strong> season, splitting the year between <strong>Carolina</strong> (<strong>NHL</strong>) and<br />

Charlotte (aHL)… earned two points (0g, 2a) in 23 <strong>NHL</strong> games with the <strong>Hurricanes</strong>,<br />

establishing a new career high for <strong>NHL</strong> games played in a season… Totaled 54 points<br />

(26g, 28a) in 53 games for Charlotte on the aHL level… Ranked fifth in the aHL in shots<br />

(245), despite not playing in the league from 2/<strong>12</strong> until the season’s conclusion… Was<br />

tied for first among Charlotte Checkers skaters in game-winning goals (4)… assisted<br />

on Ruutu’s goal and was (even) in <strong>12</strong>:52 of ice time at MTL (2/26)… earned his first<br />
