2.11 Control and Protection Panels<br />
In addition to the unit local control and protection panels, the following panels shall<br />
be provided in the central control room.<br />
a. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> Gas turbine generating remote unit control boards/ HMI.<br />
b. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> Heat recovery steam generator control boards/ HMI.<br />
c. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> Steam turbine generating unit control board/ HMI which will integrate<br />
control and monitoring function <strong>of</strong> the existing Steam Turbine Generator.<br />
d. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> latest version DCS system <strong>of</strong> ABB, Germany or USA or Singapore/<br />
Foxboro, USA or Singapore/ Siemens, Germany / Alstom, France as per<br />
requirement <strong>of</strong> the Combined Cycle Plant.<br />
e. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> 230 kV control and protection panels.<br />
f. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> Trans<strong>for</strong>mer control and protection panels.<br />
g. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> 6.6 kv common switchgear and emergency diesel generator control<br />
boards.<br />
h. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> Auxiliary power supply control boards.<br />
i. One(1) lot <strong>of</strong> Synchroniser panel / HMI [ Auto & Manual system].<br />
2.12 Other Mechanical System (<strong>for</strong> GT)<br />
a. Piping between the on-base equipment and the <strong>of</strong>f base<br />
equipment.<br />
b. Painting, including finished coat and special paints required <strong>for</strong><br />
corrosion protection and high temperature resistance.<br />
c. Design, operation and maintenance manuals, including drawings in<br />
English.<br />
d. All other work necessary <strong>for</strong> the proper operation and maintenance<br />
<strong>of</strong> the gas turbine generating plant.<br />
b. Lubricating oil <strong>for</strong> flushing and <strong>for</strong> the initial filling.<br />
e. All lubricant and chemical additives.<br />
f. Natural gas handling facilities.<br />
2.13 Other Electrical System (<strong>for</strong> GT)<br />
a. One (1) lot 415V power Centre.<br />
b. One (1) lot 415 V common power Centre.<br />
c. One (1) lot 15.75 kV isolated (Insulated)<br />
phase (solid) copper bus duct.<br />
d. One (1) lot 6.6 kV XLPE power cables<br />
f. One (1) lot Control and instrument cables.<br />
g. One (1) lot Race way materials<br />
h. One (1) lot Grounding system.<br />
i. One (1) lot lighting and small power supply<br />
J. One (1) lot Communication system including, PABX, paging,<br />
Telemetering, SCADA equipment system.<br />
k. One (1) lot DC power supply system, UPS and other associated<br />
facilities.<br />
