Division<br />
• Manages the statewide Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) program, an ad hoc incident management<br />
system comprised <strong>of</strong> law enforcement, fire service and crime analysis pr<strong>of</strong>essionals to liaison between<br />
their agencies and the AcTIC.<br />
• Provides investigative support involving chemical, biological, radioactive, nuclear and explosive<br />
(CBRNE) cases.<br />
• Conducts threat and vulnerability assessment on all critical infrastructure sites.<br />

• Participates in the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) program and has intelligence<br />
resources in Yuma, Casa Grande, Tucson, and Phoenix. This program collects, analyzes, coordinates,<br />
and disseminates information to law enforcement for use in interdicting and investigating<br />
illicit drug trafficking, money laundering and associated violent crimes.<br />
• Leads the <strong>Arizona</strong> HIDTA Region intelligence initiatives: the Post Seizure Analyst Team (PSAT) and<br />
the <strong>Arizona</strong> Drug Intelligence Task Force (ADITF). The PSAT unit is a federal, state and local<br />
agency task force collocated with enforcement units targeting regional drug trafficking organizations.<br />
