through YSAS Community Programs<br />

through community alcohol and other drug services, GPs,<br />

primary and mental health services, youth justice and<br />

homelessness services<br />

I’ve made a referral?<br />

Contact the Wilum office on (03) 9419 6288 and ask for a referral<br />

form which will be faxed / emailed to worker.<br />

Once the referral is received, a worker will contact the referrer and<br />

arrange a time to meet with the young person and referrer. Wilum<br />

generally has a waiting list but acceptance into the program is<br />

based on individual needs of the young person.<br />

Wilum has strong networks with a range of services in the inner<br />

north and west suburbs of Melbourne. These include youth AOD<br />

services, housing services, mental health services, community<br />

health services and maternity health services.<br />

24. Transport Wilum office is located in Fitzroy, close to public transport including<br />

trams, trains and buses. Staff have access to two vehicles that can<br />

also provide transport options to clients.<br />

Interpreters can be provided if needed, access to koori services is<br />

also available.<br />
