3.16 Phased Development
The site will be developed in several phases, as outlined in the following phasing
diagram.
• It is expected that the first phase of development will include one of the
Residential phases south of the railway tracks or the Residential Hotel
Phase.
• Subsequent phases will be staged to follow the schematic plan as outlined.
The surrounding streets will also be improved in sequence with the
development phasing.
