High Technology Solutions, SL (HTS), is a company founded in early 2011 as a spin-<strong>of</strong>f from <strong>the</strong> Egile<br />
Group, a European Group leading high precision manufacturing with very high technological and<br />
innovative capabilities. The goal <strong>of</strong> HTS is to provide integrated solutions to <strong>the</strong> science industry, from<br />
engineering stages to manufacturing and test. The engineering capabilities are not only mechanical but<br />
also in o<strong>the</strong>r fields like RF & microwaves, ultra high vacuum and cryogenics. As specialists in providing<br />
effective solutions to <strong>the</strong> problems <strong>of</strong> design and engineering for large scientific infrastructures, in some<br />
cases acts as a long-term technology partner and o<strong>the</strong>r timely agent. HTS, unlike o<strong>the</strong>r engineering, is<br />
distinguished by its strong culture <strong>of</strong> production, it is based on <strong>the</strong> Egile Group's know how.<br />
Main capacities in <strong>nanotechnology</strong>/nanoscience<br />
Among its capabilities in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> multiphysics engineering, mechanical engineering (high precision),<br />
RF & microwave engineering, cryogenics and ultra high vacuum engineering.<br />
HTS is able to provide solutions combining technologies at <strong>the</strong> state <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> art like but also manufacture,<br />
integrate and test devices. The workshop is specialized in high precision manufacturing: Micro diamond<br />
hybrid machining (50 nm precision, ~ 1nm surface roughness); Continuous high speed micromachining<br />
5-axis (180,000 Rev/m); Precision hybrid turning machining; Micro EDM (Electro Discharge Machining).<br />
Minimum white layer; 5-axis MicroGrinding - MicroGrinding; flat & cylindrical; Coordinate MicroGrinding;<br />
MicroCutting and grinding <strong>of</strong> all types <strong>of</strong> gears (Hirth, hypoid, spiro-conical, cylindrical, curvic-coupling ...)<br />
in all kind <strong>of</strong> materials.<br />
Ano<strong>the</strong>r key aspect is <strong>the</strong> metrological park. Point <strong>of</strong> reference in Europe, has among o<strong>the</strong>r devices,<br />
