<strong>People</strong> from Serbia, <strong>the</strong> Czech and Slovak Republics, Bali, <strong>the</strong> United States, Germany, India, and New Zealand come<br />
to Bali, diverse in culture and faith, to study <strong>the</strong> arts or build a life. Many come seeking a spiritual connection on<br />
<strong>the</strong> fabled island, but after a while, <strong>the</strong>y look for community. CBF field personnel Jonathan and Tina Bailey minister<br />
through <strong>the</strong> arts to people <strong>of</strong> all faith, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds living in Bali. Whe<strong>the</strong>r through music,<br />
painting, dance, exhibitions, or concerts, art brings people toge<strong>the</strong>r and <strong>of</strong>fers <strong>the</strong>m <strong>the</strong> space to build community<br />
across religious, ethnic, and personal boundaries. Residents form relationships and meet one ano<strong>the</strong>r’s physical and<br />
spiritual needs. They share spiritual journeys where Christ is found. Pray that residents <strong>of</strong> Bali will find <strong>the</strong>ir life in<br />

No page at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, gets CBF-endorsed chaplain Reagan White’s<br />
heart racing faster than an emergency alert. In <strong>the</strong> emergency room many families face <strong>the</strong> worst day <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir lives<br />
as medical personnel fight to save <strong>the</strong>ir loved ones. Parents stand thunderstruck as <strong>the</strong>y watch doctors working<br />
feverishly to pull <strong>the</strong>ir child back from <strong>the</strong> brink <strong>of</strong> death. In <strong>the</strong>se moments, when strands <strong>of</strong> hope begin to fade,<br />
many families cry out for answers or understanding. Where no suitable answer exists, White and o<strong>the</strong>r chaplains<br />
<strong>of</strong>fer assurances <strong>of</strong> God’s continuing love. Pray for God’s continued work in <strong>of</strong>ten-desperate circumstances at Cook<br />
Children’s Medical Center. Pray for Reagan White as he ministers among <strong>the</strong> hurting and hopeful alike.<br />
