Make external connections as shown in figure 3-10. Check<br />

after wiring to make sure all connections are correct. (Do<br />

not use the control circuit buzzer to check connections)<br />

(A) Main circuit must be separated from other high voltage<br />

or high current power line to avoid noise interference. Refer<br />

to following figures:<br />

• A noise filter in the output of the main circuit can suppress<br />

conductive noise. To prevent radiative noise, the<br />

wires should be put in a ferromagnetic metal pipe and<br />

separated from all other signal lines by at least 1ft.<br />

• The power supply and output PE terminals must be<br />

both connected to ground to increase noise immunity of<br />

the built-in Filter.<br />

(A)The control circuit wiring and main circuit wire/ other<br />

high voltage/current power wiring should be separated to<br />

avoid noise interruption.<br />

• In order to prevent noise interference which could cause<br />

VSD faults, the control circuit signal should be shielded<br />

and twisted. Please refer to fig. 8. The wiring distance<br />

should be less than 150ft (50m).<br />
