identified through the stressed stream analysis (Phase II of<br />
the <strong>Oneida</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> Watershed Monitoring Program) to<br />
determine the success of implemented remedial ef<strong>for</strong>ts.<br />
Support continued research ef<strong>for</strong>ts to differentiate between<br />
human <strong>and</strong> animal wastes.<br />
Support water quality testing conducted by high school<br />
students through Project <strong>Oneida</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> Watershed.<br />
Consider development of a septic testing program along<br />
the shoreline <strong>and</strong> in high priority areas.<br />
Education <strong>and</strong> Training<br />
Compile <strong>and</strong> distribute existing guidelines <strong>for</strong> proper<br />
