EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAL<br />

The Executive Secretarial program is<br />

designed to prepare students for responsible<br />

secretarial positions in many different fields<br />

including industry, finance, and government.<br />

In addition to teaching superior secretarial<br />

skills, the program introduces students to<br />

the greater responsibilities of decisionmaking,<br />

handling confidential data, and<br />

LEGAL SECRETARIAL<br />

The Legal Secretarial program prepares<br />

students for careers as secretaries in law<br />

firms, governmental agencies, investment<br />

companies, real estate offices, and legal<br />

departments of business corporations. The<br />

program concentrates on building secretarial<br />

skills with special emphasis on legal shorthand,<br />

business law, and legal office<br />

administration. A general background in<br />

business subjects and the liberal arts is<br />

included to develop the student's independent<br />

thinking.<br />
