sent by anyone writing for a copy, to cover<br />
postage. It can be had from the following:<br />

Anyone wishing to subscribe for the space of one·<br />
year can do so by sending one shilling and eightpence<br />
by postal order or penny stamps to the Editor. <strong>The</strong><br />
numbers will thcn be sent post free quarterly a',<br />
issued. <strong>The</strong> arrival of the paper wiII be the receipt.<br />
Anllual volumes, consisting of the four quarterly<br />
numbers, bound together in a paper cover, can be<br />
obtained, post free, for one shilling and sevenpence.<br />
Contributions in manuscript should be legibly<br />
written on one side of the paper only, and should be<br />
accompanied by the nallle and address of the sender,<br />
which will or will not be published, as may be desired ..<br />
It is particularly requested that names generallythose<br />
of persons, places, etc. -and all words not<br />
English, should be written with special care, as<br />
otherwise they are difficult to decipher. 'Yhen<br />
printed extracts are forwarded, the source from<br />
which they are derived should be stated; and in the<br />
case of newspaper cutting;' the date, as well as the<br />
name of the paper, should oe given.<br />
<strong>The</strong>" <strong>Chronicle</strong>" is published on the. 10th of the<br />
first month of each quarter, and goes to press about<br />
the 20th of the previous month, by which date it is<br />
requested that ordinary contributions may be forwarded.<br />
In exceptional cases matter will be received<br />
up to the last day of the month, but its insertion<br />
cannot be guaranteed.<br />
All subscribers and readers are invited to become<br />
contributors, and thus materially assist in supporting<br />
the "<strong>Chronicle</strong>."<br />
All communications should, for tlie present, be<br />
