A display of hot clay at an
exhibit at Idyllwild Arts’
Parks Exhibition Center organized
by Ingrid Lilligren.
For the uninitiated, and
according to Lilligren, hot
clay becomes ceramic when
heated to a certain temperature
in a process she refers
to as heat, fermentation and
transformation. Lilligren
had invited nationally recognized
guest artists from all
over of the United States to
take part in this exhibition
which formally began Monday,
June 26.
