Paperworld – The World of Office and Stationery – is a unique event, not only
because it offers the world’s largest selection of paper, stationery and office
supplies. TOP FAIR spoke to director, Michael Reichold.
Was hat die Paperworld 2012 als internationale Leitmesse
der PBS-Branche ihren Besuchern zu bieten?
„Die Paperworld bietet einen kompakten Überblick über die gesamte
internationale PBS-Branche, präsentiert Neuheiten und stellt neue
Geschäftschancen in Aussicht. An vier Messetagen kommen Produzenten,
Lieferanten und Einkäufer aus über 140 Nationen zusammen. In Sonderschauen,
Vorträgen und Events werden die Themen der Branche anschaulich
präsentiert – dies ist in dieser Form nur in Frankfurt am Main zu finden.“
Paperworld, Creativeworld und Christmasworld finden parallel
statt. Welche Vorteile hat der Messeverbund für den
Handel?
„Die Parallelität von Paperworld, Creativeworld und
Christmasworld bietet starke Synergieeffekte und den wichtigen Blick über
den Tellerrand. Fach- und Großhändler profitieren von mehr Innovationen
und Trends, erhalten zusätzliche Inspirationen und damit einen branchenübergreifenden
Eindruck. Insgesamt präsentieren auf den drei Messen rund
3.000 Aussteller die Neuheiten ihrer Branchen.“

in Halle 6.1 C90. Sie zeigt die Trends der kommenden Saison, liefert
Anregungen für die Sortimentszusammensetzung und die Ladenpräsentation.
Außerdem lohnt sich der Besuch des Paperworld Forums in Halle
3.0 D40, wo täglich Experten zu unterschiedlichen aktuellen Branchenthemen
referieren.“
What does Paperworld 2012, the foremost international trade fair
for paper, office supplies and stationery, have to offer its visitors?
“Paperworld offers a complete overview of the entire international
paper, office supplies and stationery sector. It presents innovative products
and provides new business opportunities. Manufacturers, suppliers
and buyers from over 140 different countries get together on the four days
of the trade fair. Topics of shared interest are presented in special shows,
talks and events in a manner unique to Frankfurt/Main.
Paperworld, Creativeworld and Christmasworld run in parallel.
What are the advantages of the trade fair alliance as far as retailers
are concerned?
“The alliance of Paperworld, Creativeworld and Christmasworld
creates strong synergy effects and provides a broad view of the market.
Retailers and wholesalers benefit from seeing more innovations and

on various topics of particular interest to the sector.”
