Re-designed for easier and safer adjustment! No more broken tappet guides from tightening adjusters! With<br />
the added wrench flat at the top of the tappet, you can safely and securely hold the tappet while setting and locking<br />
down the adjuster screw and lock nut. These quality solid lifter tappets fit 1936-’47 Harley-Davidson® knucklehead<br />
engines and S&S KN-Series engines for 1936-’47 chassis. Tappet assemblies include adjusting screw and locking<br />
nut. Note that two different tappets are used in each engine. Tappets for the intake valves are slightly shorter than<br />
tappets for the exhaust valves. Available individually and as a set of four, in standard and +.005" diameter.<br />

Flathead Power® tappet guides for 1936-’47 big twins are a direct replacement for Harley-<br />
Davidson® knucklehead engines and Flathead Power® KN-Series engines. These cast iron<br />
tappet guides are machined for stock oil scavenging passages and feature a stock-appearing,<br />
but highly durable silver powdercoat finish. Mounting hardware and gaskets are included.<br />
