Outside air intake and exhaust terminations should be located so exhausted flue gas
moisture will not condense and freeze over the air intake or cause a nuisance or hazard
to pedestrians or the equipment. (Ref: NFPA 54, ANSI Z223. 1, for complete Guidelines).
