Image Uploading Process<br />
Below is the diagrammatical representation <strong>of</strong> storing a particular image. The storage process<br />
suggests that while storing an image <strong>of</strong> any particular <strong>Land</strong> Record first, the type <strong>of</strong> <strong>Land</strong><br />
Record (Jamabandi, Khasra Giridwari, and Mutation Register) is selected.<br />
Once the type <strong>of</strong> Record is defined, the District needs to be defined for which the record is<br />
being scanned. After defining the District <strong>of</strong> the land record, Tehsil, ILR Circle, Patwar<br />
Mandal and Village would be defined. Once all these details are captured, the Year <strong>of</strong> record<br />
would be defined.<br />
Once all the aforementioned details are captured, image could be uploaded and saved.<br />

Select Type <strong>of</strong> <strong>Land</strong> Record (Jamabandi, Khasra Girdawari,<br />
Mutation Register)<br />
Select Samvat/Year <strong>of</strong> the record<br />

Image verification by Nodal Officer<br />
Data uploading in s<strong>of</strong>tware by authenticated user<br />
