element, the normal points to the left, considering the direction of the boundary<br />

element. For a 2D boundary element, the normal is defined as the cross product of<br />

the vector going from the first to the second element corner and the vector going<br />

from the first to the third element corner.<br />

The properties p and el can be accessed using the syntax get(object,property).<br />

The (local) numbering of the corners of an element is defined according to the<br />
