Description<br />

The elcplproj projection variable element is closely related to the elcplextr<br />

element. Both elements map the srcdim-dimensional source domain onto an<br />

intermediate srcdim-dimensional fictitious domain. While the destination<br />

transformation in the elcplextr element maps the destination domain into the<br />

intermediate domain, the elcplproj element destination transformation maps the<br />

destination only into the first srcdim-1 dimensions. The last dimension of the<br />

fictitious domain is collapsed by integration onto the first srcdim-1 dimensions.<br />
