Purpose<br />

flcompact<br />

Compact equ/bnd/edg/pnt fields.<br />

Syntax<br />

Description<br />

fem = flcompact(fem)<br />

fem = flcompact(fem) removes unused and duplicated coefficients in the<br />

fem.equ, fem.bnd, fem.edg. and fem.pnt fields. The resulting structures always<br />

have numeric ind fields. Coefficients are considered equal if they represent the same<br />

expression, that is, equivalent short-hand and expanded forms are compacted.<br />

The function flcompact accepts the following property/value pairs:<br />

field = flcompact(field,fldnames,nelem)<br />

are no longer supported in FEMLAB 3.1.<br />
