The total allowances for impairment is RSD 1,636,533 thousand<br />
(31 December 2009: RSD 1,582,920 thousand). Out of this amount,<br />
individually impaired loans are RSD 399,373 RSD thousand (31 December<br />
2009: RSD 165,975 thousand) and the remaining amount of<br />
RSD 1,237,160 thousand (31 December 2009: RSD 1,416,945 thousand)<br />
represents the group allowance.<br />
(a) Loans and advances neither past due or impaired<br />
The credit quality of the portfolio of loans and advances that were<br />
neither past due nor impaired can be assessed by reference to the<br />
internal rating system adopted by the Group. All loans and advances<br />
to customers that are neither past due nor impaired are mostly<br />
classified in risk class I according to Group’s internal methodology.<br />
