Alloy rocker cover and fittings<br />
An alloy rocker cover will improve the appearance of<br />
your engine bay and, as an added advantage, will help to<br />
muffle valve train noise. Always fit a new gasket when<br />
replacing your rocker cover, and do not over tighten<br />
rocker cover nuts. We offer a range of accessories for the rocker cover<br />
including anodised T bars for a custom appearance.<br />

Pedal box assembly<br />
The Mini pedal box is a lightweight mild steel under-slung pedal box<br />
design, that offers the driver the highest level of efficiency in this critical<br />
area. The ergonomic design features a fabricated lightened steel brake and<br />
clutch pedal with oil impregnated spherical bushes that sets new standards<br />
in pedal box design.<br />
This pedal box is fitted with a bias bar that operates a dual master cylinder<br />
braking system, giving total control over the braking from front to rear. Kit<br />
contains: 1 x 3 pedal Mini pedal box, with bias bar, 3 x master cylinders, 1 x<br />
clevis, 3 x reservoir, 3 x stainless steel 560mm long feed hoses, 1 x bias cable<br />
adjuster.<br />

Engine steady kit<br />

A common problem with Minis is their tendency to destroy engine mounts<br />
and steady bar bushes, leading to exhaust down pipe breakage. This is the<br />
best engine steady kit available.<br />
It mounts neatly on the top two bolts of the water pump and on to the<br />
bulkhead. It has an adjustable tie rod with rubber bushes, but can be<br />
uprated with one piece SuperPro bush. Suitable for all models including<br />
LHD cars.<br />

Uprated head gaskets<br />
To reduce the risk of head gasket failure on high compression performance<br />
engines it is wise to fit one of these uprated, copper faced, head gaskets. The<br />
manifold gasket is to be used when the exhaust and inlet ports have been<br />
modified on 1275cc cylinder heads.<br />

Poly engine steady bushes<br />

We recommend using polyurethane engine steady bar bushes as they give<br />
maximum control and are very hard wearing. We supply a polyurethane<br />
bush to fit the top RH steady bar from the engine to the bulkhead (below<br />
the master cylinders), this solid one piece bush for maximum control.<br />
Note: Always install polyurethane bushes with grease provided.<br />
