Derivativ ative Instruments outstanding There are no derivatives for hedging currency and interest rates either transaction or outstanding balances as on March 31, 2011. 13. Figures pertaining to the subsidiary companies have been reclassified wherever necessary to bring them in line with the Company’s financial statements. In the previous period there were no subsidiaries and hence the previous period figures pertain to the standalone Company only. 14. Previous period’s figures have been regrouped and rearranged wherever necessary to conform to this year’s classification. Current year comprises of 12 months as against previous period of 5 months and 11 days, and hence the comparative figures pertaining to the balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flows are not comparable. 147 ⊳
