1. Significant Accounting Policies
i) Revenues are accounted for on accrual basis. Dividend income on investments is accounted for when the right
to receive the payment is established. Interest income is recognised on time proportion basis.
2. Additional information required under Paragraphs 4C and 4D of Part II of Schedule VI to the Companies Act, 1956:- Nil
3. The Company has not paid dividend on 15% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares amounting to Rs. 1500/-
(Previous year Rs. 1500/-), cumulative dividend Rs. 15605/- (Previous year Rs. 14105/-)
4. As per AS 18 issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the related parties are as under:
