The objective of VHTP is to perform management of the territory and physical infrastructure being
under the authority of the VHTP, as well as organize activities in order to promote development of
the high technology sectors.
The vision of VHTP is to be the most attractive and competitive regional technology park in the
Baltic States by:
Offering High quality infrastructure, services and collaborative environment for local and foreign
capital companies, research and training centres operating in IT, telecommunications, electronics,
engineering, industrial automation, computer aided design and space industries;
Providing all preconditions needed by companies, research and training centres to achieve
rapid growth, to create new good workplaces and to successfully operate in global markets.

EU-Programmes:
Thematic: information technologies, telecommunications, electronics, engineering, industrial
automation, computer aided design and space technologies.
Geographical: Latvia, Baltic States, Baltic Sea Region.
Main programs of regional participation: European Union Seventh Framework Programme
