It is therefore suggested to develop co-operations in the field of regional developmment, public services
at local and reigonal level as well as water and energy efficiency.
Specific co-operation of a number of actors
Besides a number of thematic co-operation it could also be envisaged to increase the co-operation of
service and support agencies of the IPP regions.
Based on their specific profile it should be considered to establish co-operation links of the following
