Best of Both Worlds I argue that going forward asset pricing theory will bring together psychologically-based assumptions from behavioural finance and the rigorous, integrated SDF-based methodology from neoclassical finance. Behavioural features will improve upon the neoclassical assumption of perfect rationality.
