OPPORTUNITIES FROM
A GAME-CHANGING
COMPANY
Fortescue and your career
Although a relatively young company, we have repeatedly
achieved what was previously deemed unachievable.
Our success is due to our approach – we are determined
to reach our goals and do so through a modern, flexible
and dynamic culture which values and encourages
contributions from all role levels. We own and operate
both established and start-up operations across
construction, port, rail and mining, offering a vast diversity
of career choices within the one company.
It’s an exciting time to be in our industry. It’s a unique
moment in Australian history. And it’s a great window of
opportunity for you to join the Fortescue Family.
Our graduate program
We offer a two year structured graduate program that will
give you exposure to a range of working environments
aimed at encouraging a holistic way of thinking about the
business. The focus of our program is on building both
technical and core business skills through experiential
learning and formal training.
Our vacation program
Our vacation placements offer a great
opportunity to experience working in a practical
and creative environment. We provide students
with meaningful work that provides invaluable
experience in your chosen field of study.
The vacation program offers work experience
for a period of 12 weeks from December to
February each year, and roles are predominately
located on site locations requiring a fly-in, flyout
(FIFO) roster.
