Our graduate program
We offer a two year structured graduate program that will
give you exposure to a range of working environments
aimed at encouraging a holistic way of thinking about the
business. The focus of our program is on building both
technical and core business skills through experiential
learning and formal training.
Our vacation program
Our vacation placements offer a great
opportunity to experience working in a practical
and creative environment. We provide students
with meaningful work that provides invaluable
experience in your chosen field of study.
The vacation program offers work experience
for a period of 12 weeks from December to
February each year, and roles are predominately
located on site locations requiring a fly-in, flyout
(FIFO) roster.

Our aboriginal cadetship program
Our cadetships are for full-time Aboriginal
students undertaking a diploma, an advanced
diploma or their first undergraduate degree.
You can join the program at any point while you
are studying. We provide paid work placements
of 12 weeks for each year of your cadetship and
professional guidance and mentorship through
ongoing employment once you have successfully
completed your cadetship.
