Under the Covers is an upcoming event at the Orange Rooms, Bournemouth. It will be an
evening of musical delights headlined by the band Greymatter in support of SING, Annie
Lennox’s charity for AIDS awareness. Tickets cost £3 and can be bought from Orange Rooms.

12 Mar 2010 Streetways 2010
Streetways is a school event in collaboration with RELAYS and Arts University College. The
event encourages young people to participate in urban sports and cultural events following
Bournemouth’s 200 th birthday.
The event will be split into two sessions, morning and afternoon comprising of 30 pupils in
each. There will also be skateboarding, juggling and graffiti and DJ workshops available for
the children. The event is directly aimed at 10-12 year olds and is being held at King’s Park
between 10am and 3.30pm.
12 Mar 2010 Dance Master Classes
Jonah Bokaer, media artist, will lead a master class in contemporary dance for intermediate
and advanced levels in the Pavilion Ballroom on Friday 12 March from 6.45 – 8.45pm.
Jonah’s work continues to expand possibilities for live performance through choreography,
digital media, cross disciplinary collaborations and social enterprise.
Jonah trained with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company in New York and his
Choreographic work has been presented internationally.

Dizzy Lizzy is a ‘Thin Lizzy’ tribute being held at the Champions, 51 Norwich Avenue West at
8.30pm (doors open at 7.30pm). Tickets are priced at £6 or £8 on the door.
