The Bournemouth Literary Festival 2010 explores the town's literary links over the past 200
years.
It leaves from outside St Peter's Church, Hinton Road at 2pm on Sunday 24th October, ends at the
Square, and the cost per person is £3.50.

25 Oct 2010 The Story of Bournemouth Pavilion
The Richmond Hill St. Andrew’s Literary and Music Society, in St Stephens Road, are holding a
bicentenary themed talk on the Story of Bournemouth Pavilion. The talk will be given by author
Hugh Ashley, the Pavilion archivist. The event is open to all and is priced at £3 per person, which
includes refreshments.
25 Oct 2010 Family Day at Pavilion Dance
On the first day of October half term, Pavilion Dance offers performances and
workshops for children and families at 11:30am and 3pm.
Célestine Hennermann’s I spy with my little eye is a magical
production for 0-3 year olds featuring a game of discovery with
shadow play, objects, movement and play-time with the
dancers on set. Getting to know you is a fun workshop and
performance for children aged 5 – 10 years and their families,
led by Commotion Dance, with creative tasks and physical
activity on the theme of friendship.
