KYDEX SHEATH MATERIAL
Kydex is a tough sheath making material. It is waterproof and does not stain, shrink,
rot or lose it’s color or shape. It is heat formed and available in black. It comes in
.060” or .090” thicknesses. The instructions for forming the Kydex will be enclosed
with your order. We stock this material as a one (1) square foot sheet (12” x 12”) or
two (2) square foot sheet (12” x 24”). Larger sections are also available. Please let
us know which size you would prefer.

KYDEX EYELETS
Available in nickel plated, black painted, or brass. The 1/8” eyelet (used for .60”
Kydex) has a height of 0.197”, ID is 0.125”, OD is 0.144”. The 1/4” eyelet (used for
.60” or .90” Kydex) has a height of 0.256”, ID is 0.241”, OD is 0.261”.

This bowie, sheath and guard come as a set. The blade has an overall
length of 14-3/4”. The blade is 9-1/2” long and is satin finished and hollow
ground. It is 0.20” thick. The hidden tang is 5” and has an optional pinhole
which will take a 3/16” pin. The guard is satin finished brass and is 3” long
x 3/4” wide x 0.183” thick. The economical fabric sheath is black nylon.

to set the snaps sold with our leather sheaths and
kydex eyelets.The anvil has a concave side and a flat side.
SNAPSET1 is for the 1/8” kydex eyelets & leather sheath
snap sets. SNAPSET2 is for the 1/4” kydex eyelets.

A sleek looking fighter made of 3/16” 440C stainless
steel that has been cryogenically tempered.
The overall length is 9-1/2” and the cutting edge is
4-7/8” with a 1-1/8” wide blade. There is an upper
3-1/2” false edge and a cross guard. The pin holes
are 1/4” and the thong hole is 1/4”. The blade looks
nice with the green or black canvas Micarta scales.

This 12” x 8” or 24” x 8” kydex-concealex sheath maker is built from rugged
1/4” steel plate. The professional forming system is perfect for making
either flat-faced (one-sided), or a full fold-over (wrapped style) sheaths.
The top plate is removable for height adjustment. Footer holes are predrilled
so that the press can be mounted to a bench.
