Hours for ordering<br />
Our hours for ordering are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Friday, and 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Saturday.<br />
We are closed Sunday and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4 th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.<br />
Payment<br />
We accept checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in U.S. funds, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a $25.00 fee for returned<br />
checks.<br />
Shipping<br />
Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of receiving your new order. We ship UPS whenever possible, so please give us a street address or route and box number.<br />
We will also ship COD; however, orders shipped COD via UPS will need to be paid by check or money order only. UPS will no longer accept cash. Post office<br />
box addresses will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority mail.<br />
Back Orders<br />
We DO NOT backorder unless you specifically request that we do so. On back orders, you pay shipping but there is no handling charge. You may indicate<br />
a second or third choice of substitution on your order form. When a <strong>product</strong> is out of stock and you have paid by check, cash or money order, we will issue a<br />
credit memo or refund. Please indicate on the order form whether you prefer a credit to your account or a refund. If a personal check is used to pay<br />
for the purchases, it may take up to 28 days for processing before a refund is issued.<br />
Returns<br />
If you have a problem with our merchandise or if a question should arise, please call a member of our staff who will assist you with that problem. Returns<br />
or exchanges must be approved and returned to us within 10 days of delivery or items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted<br />
after 30 days of purchase. A copy of the original invoice must accompany any return. We will not accept any COD return packages. Items must<br />
be returned by regular UPS or regular mail.<br />
Catalogs<br />
Catalogs in the US are $4.00 prepaid. International catalogs are $10.00 prepaid.<br />
International Orders<br />
Please call for shipping charges. We ship Parcel Post Air or UPS, whichever you prefer, and charge actual shipping and insurance charges plus a $1.00<br />
handling fee.<br />
Equipment<br />
Equipment must be prepaid with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.<br />
