THE ROTHSCHILDS BREAK OPEN THE HOUSE OF LORDS<br />

The floodgates had been opened. Lord Rothschild took his seat,<br />

followed in quick succession by David Salomons, Sir Francis<br />

Goldsmith, Nathaniel de Rothschild, Frederick Goldsmid and<br />

Julian Goldsmid.<br />

It is interesting that none of <strong>the</strong>se men represented<br />

Disraeli's own party, <strong>the</strong> Conservative Unionist Party "Tory<br />
