INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
A. General
1.0 Description of Works
Construction of OPD & Nursing College including internal and
external services Plumbing , Electrical, Firefighting and HVAC etc.,
for Regional Institute of Medical Sciences at Imphal, Manipur.
The Scope of work comprising of Construction of RCC Framed G+1/2/3
Structure, civil works, Electrical works, HVAC, external development
works such as roads, landscaping, internal and external electrification,
sewerage, storm water drainage & fire fighting works etc and their
maintenance during defect liability. The scope of work also includes
preparation of all detailed drawings, obtaining approval from local
authorities, electrical inspector, water & sewer line connection, pollution,
permission/approval for tree cuttings, permission for borewell, completion
certificates, occupancy certificate and all others local Statutory
requirements if any, from the concerned authorities.
1.1 All the terms and conditions, undertakings of PQ documents under which
the agency has been pre qualified for this work will have to be strictly
followed and will be treated as part of this tender documents in addition to
other terms and conditions of the tender documents. Value of work for
such specialized works for which undertaking under Annexure VII
submitted alongwith PQ documents will be the value quoted by the bidder
for that specialized works.
1.2 The Employer
Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal Manipur acting through
Director, Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal Manipur shall
be the principal Employer / employer / owner for Construction of OPD &
Nursing College including internal and external services Plumbing,
Electrical, Firefighting and HVAC etc., for Regional Institute of
Medical Sciences at Imphal, Manipur.
All documents relating to Labour License, submission of drawings to
statutory authority (ies) for obtaining necessary clearance(s) etc is to be
signed /endorsed by of Principal employer/ employer / owner.
